Credit Analysis - Assistant Manager
Job Description:
- Your responsibilities will include providing financial insights and projections to the Asset manager You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making.
- You will assist in the drafting of credit memo, Loan Template, Property Template, credit report and performing analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.
Role and Responsibilities:- As a Credit analyst expert, you will be directly working with the Asset Managers in US and supporting them on the following:
- Provide support to the Asset manager in setting up new investments into iLevel.
- Updating and making loan portfolio level Dashboards using iLevel.
- Updating credit memos and credit reports.
- Preparing Loan Templates and Property Templates for new investments.
- Providing financial insights and projections related to the loan/property to the Asset manager.
- Analyzing census, operations, clinical and financial performance on an on-going basis.
- Reviewing and assessing reasonability of annual and monthly financial statements, annual operating and capital budgets.
- Quarterly reporting of portfolio variance summary including each Project and its relative operating performance to the corresponding Approved Budget.
- Acting as project manager and serving as primary day-to-day liaison to the onshore team.
- Borrower/Principal, and third-party management companies.
- Managing & Reporting to the asset manager on their requests for Reserve Draws, working capital management, capital improvement funds and other approvals required under the management agreement.
