Assistant Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility

We are looking for people who are based in Chennai .

Job Responsibilities :

- Source CSR Proposals

- Researching for credible implementation agencies/ NGOs

- Due Diligence on the NGOs

- Obtain required documents related to the NGO

- Sourcing proposals from these agencies

- Ensuring proposals are in line with CSR regulations and Company specific policies

- Execution of Approved Proposals

- Documenting a MoU with the NGO

- Obtaining sign off for the MoU

- Co-ordinate for disbursement of the approved amount

- Obtain post disbursement documents/ receipts

- Keep a track of the various CSR projects and proposals

- Inputs for quarterly Board CSR Committee presentation

- Inputs for annual report disclosures on CSR

- Keep track of regulatory changes or developments
