Assistant Manager - Corporate Legal - LLB - Auto/Manufacturing

Qualification- B.COM & LLB- 2017 batch pass out from premier college like National Law University (NLU), Faculty of Law, Delhi University etc.

- If graduation not in Commerce then atleast 12th should be in Commerce stream.

Role- The role will involve Contract documentation, legal drafting, vetting and overall legal support.

Job responsibility-

1. Responsible for drafting all operational contracts specifically supply agreements, distribution agreements, transport/ logistics agreements, services agreements, plant-specific agreements, offtake agreements, joint venture agreements, etc

2. Responsible for reviewing the above-mentioned contracts

3. Analyze various business proposals/ transactions in the legal context.
