Roles-
- Handle Union related negotiations and keep management updated on any developments.
- Execute and monitor grievance and disciplinary policies and procedures to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Implementation of standing orders, Preparing Charge Sheet/Show cause Notice /Suspension Letter, Conducting Domestic Inquiry, based on enquiry report preparing orders for different types of punishment.
- Undertake and ensure all compliances as required under various relevant Labour Laws and regulations as per schedule and timelines defined and make sure no risk to the organization.
- Settling matters related with PF, Gratuity, and other full & final settlement-related dues.
- Proficient in Handling Throughout Contract Labour system / Management
- Generating manpower related MIS reports monthly.
