Location : Jogeshwari - Mumbai
Position to which reporting : GM - Corporate HR (Head - International HR)
Positions reporting to this position : NA (Individual Contributor Role)
Experience Required : 4-6 years
Education : Graduation in any stream + Fulltime MBA in HR
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :
To head Compensation & Benefits for all International locations and additionally support in Talent acquisition in identified locations.
KEY ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED :
- Design and execute compensation practices for all International locations;
- Manage HR due diligence for new International locations as per business plan.
- Create compensation structure for new International locations & manage for all existing locations;
- Execute the salary benchmarking process for all international locations;
- Finalize the mode of hiring for new and existing locations basis the legal set up;
- Manage Annual Increments norms and salary adjustments as required;
- Manage Talent Acquisition for (selected ) International locations;
- Prepare Salary fitments for all locations;
- Manage payroll and payroll audits;
- Play an active part in manpower planning;
- Support in new search partner empanelment;
- Support in doing reference checks and joining formalities for employees;

A. SPECIFIC NOTES AND REQUIERMENTS :
- 3-4 years hands-on experience in supporting HR for International operations is preferred;
- Hands-on compensation management experience;
- Strong Proficiency in English- written and verbal is a must;
- Flexibility in working hours considering a mix of International locations is a requirement.
