- Connecting with the Practice Heads for their manpower needs and analyzing the cost of the practice areas / verticals against the business forecasting.
- Preparing quantifiable dashboards for top management as per business needs.
- Preparation of HR cost analysis on a quarterly basis to share it with the practice areas / verticals for mapping with the billings and recoveries of the business.
- Reviewing HR Policies and practices to ensure they are in compliance with the legal and regulatory framework and in alignment with practices followed by the company.
- Facilitated in handling the appraisal system by conducting sessions across offices and presented the entire PMS process along with appraisal data mapping, analysis and finalisation of rewards.
- Monitor competitors performance evaluation trends and align to the market benchmarks.
- Act as a single point of contact for all HR Operation related queries for Vendors and for employees to ensure completion of change request initiated by users.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the HRIS by identifying and rectifying issues on timely basis.
- Managing the end to end recruitment and selection activities across the departments for various Junior, mid to senior level assignments.
- Revamped the Induction Program for the new joiners with focus on a smooth orientation with the organization.
- Maintain and generate various reports & critical business submission documents on a regular basis. Various projects such as Restructuring of Sales department, Organization structures, Succession Planning, Senior Hiring files for board approvals etc.
- Prepared and maintained Organizational and department charts for submissions.
