Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance to management and staff.
- Develop and administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentive plans, and employee benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Between 4 to 6 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Experience with recruitment and selection processes, including candidate sourcing and interviewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
