- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting.
- Continue interaction with the top management and hiring all positions from entry to Managerial level.
- Sourced candidates through the use of different techniques such as the internet, company data base retrieval and Manpower agencies.
- Negotiate offer terms with the respective Dept and selected candidates.
- Working & handling on Manning budget vs. actual of all the stores in the region.
- Independently managed all compensation and benefit activities
- Maintaining personnel files of all deputees and individual client files.
- Conducting Skip level meetings with the employees on monthly basis to take feed-backs on various departmental issues.
- To plan and organize general meetings, fun activities and special recognition awards.
- Maintain the appraisal Tracker & the database of the potential candidates for Internal job Posting.
- Identify the training need, analyze the purpose of training and kind of training to be provided to the team resulting in Annual Training Plan for APL employees.
