Recruitment :
- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting
- Continue interaction with the top management and hiring all positions from entry to Managerial level.
- Sourced candidates through the use of different techniques such as the internet, company data base retrieval and Manpower agencies.
- Negotiate offer terms with the respective Dept and selected candidates.
Payroll Processing :
- Independently managed all compensation and benefit activities
- Maintaining personnel files of all deputees and individual client files.
- Co-ordinating with finance department for processing of payments to employees
- Responsible for full and final settlement of all employees
- Managing Deputee Salary payouts, ESI,PF,PT,and other Reimbursements
Performance Management :
- Coordination with line manager for conducting employees Performance review.
- Involved in appraisals, Increments, Promotions, evaluation of forms & reports preparation.
- Maintain the appraisal Tracker & the database of the potential candidates for Internal job Posting
- Proposed various rewards and recognition plans to the Management
Learning & Development :
- Identify the training need, analyze the purpose of training and kind of training to be provided to the team resulting in Annual Training Plan for APL employees.
- Execution of Annual Training plan.
- Organizing & Coordinating Training Programs.
- Collecting the feedback from the participants, feedback analysis and to improve the training facilities.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs conducted.
- Preparation and maintenance of Training records
