Assistant Manager - Corporate Governance & Compliance (ISMS & QMS Implementer Must)
Please note - ISO27001 & ISO9001 Implementation experience is must
- Evaluates and
draft new policies and procedures for operational and control impacts on corporate governance standards.
- Lead (in conjunction with the Other stakeholders) the maintenance and application of system processes and tools
- Integrate management requirements into the organization's business process with the help of Manager
- Implements and maintains operational plans for key corporate governance control activities to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory policies and procedures
- Identifies ongoing process improvements, operational gaps, and potential remediation steps. Investigates and resolves governance issues across organization
- Functions as a liaison to internal departments and aids in surfacing gaps between written procedures and its execution; ensures compliance with internal procedures and regulatory agencies wherever applicable
- Conduct regular internal Audits and publish results to Management
- Assist team in writing the CAPA and track the same till closure
- Implement records and documentation programs. Work with business units to ensure data is properly classified and maintained as per international quality standards
- Leads ad hoc projects and helps develop and implement corporate-wide or business unit governance initiatives.
- Regularly review and assess (with relevant stakeholders) the Risk Management Policy, Strategic and Operational Risk Registers to ensure compliance and effective risk management is maintained

implementing effective tools and systems- Quality management system and other standards as applicable to organizational need
