Job Description :
- Overall responsible for functioning of Contract Management Department as per set forth procedures and systems for all the developments of Company.
- Preparation of MIS and reports to project director with deviations from plan.
- Guide, advices and controls contracts team to effectively manage and form contract of work packages pertaining to respective development.
- Ensures collection of requisite technical documents required for any work contracts.
- Work with procurement tram to develop the strategy of award for particular package.
- On instructions of project director develops of mechanism on award strategy,
- Undertakes background and related checks for pre-qualification of perspective Contractors.
- Management of Tendering process from issuance thru- Opening
- Management of Tender evaluation and negotiation process both Technical and Commercial.
- Award of work and execution of Contract documents.
- Guide, advice and control Contracts Administration team to effectively manage the Contract Administration of work packages pertaining to respective development.
- Advises on the contracts changes as per the regulation changes.
- Coordination for Compliance Management
- Guide, advice respective Project in charges for correspondence Control and take care of Contractual correspondence.
- Ensures proper approval process for works Invoice.
- Ensures proper claim management process and safeguards interest of the organization.
- Working closely with the Project In Charges and other department heads to ensure that the functionality of Contracts Management remains with the respective Project Schedule and Project Budget.
- Involves in the Operation department Processes and Procedures and maintains it.
- Participates in recruitment and selection of contracts team members.
- Provide leadership to the contracts management team and set performance standards.
