Job Description :
1. Develop a strategy to establish long term and short term business plans for the assigned categories
2. Act as a business partner and lead your team to innovatively process client briefs for effective offerings to achieve revenue targets
3. Drive brand equity through continuous monitoring of competitive landscape to recommend innovative planning solutions
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising Editorial & Operations to plan and lead solutions for a high quality output
5. Plan and lead strategies defined for the overall business in collaboration with the Editorial team for agreement/buy-in of proposals
6. Evolve an effective resource planning mechanism to ensure optimal utilization of internal resources for an enhanced output
7. Develop an efficient monitoring process to track progress against the deal plan for timely planning of the solution
8. Evolve client engagement through engaging and high impactful solutions designed by the team to drive repeat business
9. Establish efficient methods & processes to achieve operational efficiency & drive cost optimization
- Exposure of print+ radio/print +digital/print+ tv preferred
