Designation : Assistant Manager - Consumer Insights  Reporting to : Sr Mgr Consumer Insights  Qualitative : 50% (surverys, FGDs). Don't want a 100% quantitative candidate.  Purpose :   - The jobholder is responsible for executing consumer research projects and data analysis of secondary information  Context :   - The jobholder will ensure all consumer research studies are executed on time and all consumer impact projects are executed properly.   Main Priorities :  - Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations  - Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers- preferences  - Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods  - Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct  - Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices  - Strong project execution on internal improvement projects  Key Outputs :   - Creation of research decks for internal requirements  - Proactive development of agency relationship  - Timely completion of need based research projects  Key Performance Indicators :  - Independent handling and end to end execution of research projects  - Accurate analysis of customer data from existing base as needed.  Skills/ knowledge :  - Knowledge of research methods and tracking consumer feedback  - Exposure to various types of quantitative techniques  - Good verbal and written communication skills  - Excellent MS Excel and powerpoint skills  Experience :  - MBA with 2 to 4 Years of Experience in market research post qualification.  - Experience should be in research agencies or client side similar roles  Salary range - 7 - 9 LPA
