Assistant Manager/Consultant - MIS/Planning/BI/Tableau

Designation : Consultant

Skillset :

- 5 -7 years of relevant experience in MIS and BI technology

- At least 2 - 3 years of people management

- Extensive exposure while dealing with onshore clients / stakeholders - constant communication, hence good communication skills

- Experience on data reporting, forecasting and planning

- Notice period : who can join ASAP or in 15 days

Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of Reporting & Automation Analysts who have the ability to understand the capabilities of various tools (BI - Qlikview, Tableau, Advance Reporting/RDBMS Applications - SQL, Reporting & Automation - VBA, MS - Excel, MS - Access, MS - PowerPoint, MS - Share Point, etc.) and how the team can utilise them to deliver best in class Reporting & Business solutions, User Developed Applications/tools (UDAs) for the business.

- Self-starter, who should be able to lead, improve, innovate and automate key aspects of Reporting (from Strategic to Tactical layer), Workforce Management and Automation
