Basic Requirements:
- MBA, preferably specialized in HR from a leading business school
- Total of 4 - 7 years of relevant work experience and proven track with reputed organizations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Consultancy/Advisory role within HR Consulting firms or for a Blue-chip company
- Dynamic, motivated, flexible, confident, and result-oriented personality with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Arabic proficiency is preferred.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Project Management & Delivery :
- Manage and execute projects in areas such as HR Strategy and Organization Development: Operating model and Organization structure design; HR Strategy linked to Business Strategy; HR Functional transformation; Manpower Planning; HR Processes optimization; Performance Management: Performance measures (KPIs design; BSC); Design of Performance appraisal process; Performance feedback: 360 deg; 180 deg); Talent Management: Competency Management; Design of Assessment and Development Centers; Employee Development and Training plans; Leadership Development: Succession planning and Leadership development initiatives; Job Analysis; Rewards Management: market survey for Total Rewards; Compensation management: Compensation philosophy; compensation strategy; compensation structures; STI: Short term incentive design and LTI: Long term incentive design (including equity-based rewards); Human Resources Business Intelligence and survey
- Ensure all project deadlines are adhered to and projects are carried out in line with Company's methodologies and professional standards
Client Relationship Management:
- Design effective proposals based on client needs
- Pro-actively network and contact clients in order to maintain and enhance business relationships with them
- Present project deliverables to clients through board room presentations
- Contribute to the Human Capital Department's growth by ensuring clients engagements are executed in an efficient manner.
Business Growth:
- Pro-actively seek new business opportunities in the market and work to convert them into sales
- Contribute towards development of a marketing strategy for Human Capital
