Lead/Assistant Manager - Consolidation

- Our client, a leading telecom company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Consolidation Lead to join their team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in preparing Consolidated Financial Statements for international business operating across 10+ countries. Additionally, candidates should possess a strong understanding of Ind AS and IFRS accounting standards and have prior experience working with Big 4 firms.

- The responsibilities will also include variance analysis, month-end closing of books, preparation of notes to accounts, and coordination with Statutory Auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Individually handle the preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements for international operations across 10+ countries

- Ensure compliance with Ind AS and IFRS accounting standards

- Conduct variance analysis and oversee month-end closing of books

- Participate in year-end activities including the preparation of notes to accounts and disclosures

- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors for timely completion of audits

Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience

- Demonstrated expertise in Consolidation and familiarity with Ind AS and IFRS accounting standards

- Prior experience in a Big 4 firm is highly desirable
