- MBA-Human Resources from Tier 1 Campus. Preferably 2010-2012 batch
Experience :
- 2-5 years as HR professional with exposure to compensation and benefits (atleast 2 years)
- Working knowledge of fundamental aspects of compensation (pay ranges, benchmarking, performance pay, job evaluation, Variable Pay etc.)
- Exposure to one or more other areas of HR (benefits, talent acquisition, learning & development) is desirable
- Should have worked with reputed Indian/Multinational organizations. HR Consulting background desirable
