Job Description:
- Responsible for Global Annual Increments & Bonus calculations and payouts - including identifying employees eligible for increments & bonus based on the guidelines set and analyzing budget verses Actual Payout.
- Design comp/benefit structures in line with local practices, compensation surveys and benchmarking on a global scale.
- Providing compensation fitments and offer recommendation at a global level.
- Evaluation of C&B processes and policies to ensure they are current, competitive and in compliance with legal and local rules and regulations.
- Resolve compensation issues and independently make appropriate recommendations to the management, wherever required.
- Analyze Market Data from Compensation & Benchmarking Surveys and recommendations on Compensation Structure, Salary, and Internal Parity Vs Market Competitiveness.
- Participate in Compensation Surveys from various Consultants.
- Maintain Attrition database & Fishbone Analysis
- Constantly involved in various developmental aspects of Compensation.
- ROC matrix, Pay for Performance
- create awareness among the Line Managers on Compensation philosophy and methodology.
- Experience in Job Evaluation & Succession Planning exercise roll out.
