The HR Compensation and Benet team is responsible for the administration of plans and systems related to employee compensation & performance, development, and administration of corporate policies, procedures, and management directives.
Maintains a strong working knowledge of the US. market trends, compensation practices and regulations
Complete employee salary and benets planning, designing, structuring, and implementation exercises
- To introduce different salary and reward programs like exible benets plan and performance-based variable pay plans
- Incharge for annual planning, forecasting and budgeting exercises for all direct costs for employees (salary and benets, annual increments, incentives, rewards, and awards programs) and all indirect manpower related expenses.
- Closely Working with Compensation and Benets consultants in India
