Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager -Compensation & Benefit

Responsibilities and Objectives:

- Ensure effective communication and implementation of the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) philosophy and strategy across supported entities.

- Conduct regular reviews of employee benefits policies and adjust them to align with Group/market standards.

- Ensure compliance with C&B statutory and legal requirements across commercial offices and plants.

- Assist C&B Head and Manager in driving annual C&B processes, including the Annual Salary Review cycle, Annual Variable Pay cycle, and Retention plans.

- Lead and support additional C&B initiatives/processes such as benchmarking exercises, salary range creation, job mapping, and implementation of additional benefits.

- Oversee and supervise the payroll process, maintaining ownership of all employee C&B-related data and ensuring regular updates on HR digital databases/tools.

- Provide reporting data, management information systems (MIS), and analytics to the C&B Head/Manager for monthly/annual reporting and budgeting.

- Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits.

- Understanding of business processes.

- Effective negotiation and conflict management skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree specializing in Human Resources Management.

- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Compensation & Benefits.

- Experience in the manufacturing industry and a multinational environment is advantageous.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with exposure to HR digital platforms/salary planning tools.

- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
