Assistant Manager - CS
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling Secretarial and Governance related compliances for 10 subsidiaries / group companies.
- Conducting meetings, Agendas, Minutes, Statutory filings, fund raising, reporting's, Other compliance with CA13, etc.
- Support on fund raising via NCDs / CPs,
- Due diligence reports, internal audits, secretarial audits, etc
- Managing the Legatrix Compliance Management Tool
- Tracking of Compliances under applicable laws and preparation of the dashboard on a monthly basis.
- Mapping of tasks in legasis under applicable laws by closely working with the internal departments and legasis team.
- Resolution of the mapping / remapping of tasks under applicable laws in legasis tool by coordinating with departments.
- Co-ordination with the functional heads on the tasks mapped in legasis under applicable laws and co-ordination with Legasis vendor team.
- Conducting the monthly and quarterly Compliance Committee meeting.
- Review of Compliance policy and ensuring compliances thereof on an ongoing basis.
- Conducting regular trainings re. legatrix to make operating teams aware of compliance requirements.
- Conducting concurrent audits of compliances of tasks mapped in legasis.
