Position: Assistant Manager - Client Service (Wealth)

Location: Bangalore (WFO)

Experience: 4+ Years

Timings: 9 am - 6pm

Monday to Friday

Position Overview:

As Assistant Manager - Client Service for our Portfolio Management Services division, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships. You will work closely with both clients and portfolio managers to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding their portfolio management needs.

- Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and personalized service.

- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.

Portfolio Oversight and Reporting:

- Assist in the management and oversight of client portfolios, working alongside portfolio managers.

- Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular updates to clients.

- Prepare customized reports and presentations for client meetings.

Operational Support:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requests and transactions.

- Handle operational tasks related to client accounts, including account openings, transfers, and closures.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Client Education and Communication:

- Educate clients on investment strategies, market trends, and portfolio performance.

- Co-ordinate and Organise periodic reviews and meetings with clients to discuss their investments.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, operations, third-party distributors and other teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.

- Provide support to senior management in various strategic initiatives and projects.
