- Closely work with a wide range of stakeholders and manage the overall day to day operations of the -Contingent Worker Program
- Provide support to managers with respect to CW guidelines, policies and procedures
- Be the first escalation point for contingent worker support and grievance handling
- Handle performance discussions with a contingent workforce based on the manager inputs
- Timely tracking of the hiring requisitions and progress of the supplier in closing the open positions on time
- Initiate programs to ensure that the contingent workforce is engaged
- Re-structure/ Initiate people processes if there is any gap in the business need and people processes
- Analyze vendor management programs and continuously identify the improvements that can be made.
