Job Description:
- As the Assistant Manager for City Marketing, your role will be pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement in Bangalore.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategy Development: Enhance and refine existing marketing strategies to align with market trends and company goals.
- Market Research: Conduct and analyze market research to gauge current trends, assess brand awareness, and identify growth opportunities.
- Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, partner organizations, large contractors, and other industry professionals.
- Marketing Information: Assist in organizing and executing market research projects to generate actionable marketing insights.
- Content Creation: Contribute to the development of reports, company brochures, and other marketing materials to support brand messaging and outreach.
- Initiatives Development: Create and implement new marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, events, and collaborative efforts to engage with the target audience effectively.
- Brand Monitoring: Ensure consistent application of corporate branding across all marketing materials and projects to maintain a high-quality brand image.
- Performance Tracking: Oversee marketing activities, monitor metrics, and prepare performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Trend Analysis: Keep track of market trends and consumer behaviors to identify new opportunities for marketing and business growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of tasks and successful delivery of marketing programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights.
- Experience with event planning and social media management is a plus.
