Role specific skillsets:
Operational
- Well versed with Different Accounting Standards, Schedule VI, Income tax etc.
- Adherence to the policies of the client with regard to accounting and reporting
- Identifying accounting / legal issues, tracking and ensuring closure
- Responsible for client compliances and deliverables MIS, TDS, GST, Service Tax, Profession Tax
- Client relationship and rapport
- MIS review and analysis
- Managing relationships with bankers and internal teams
- Identifying gaps and designing processes
- Remediating internal audit findings
- Leading IT initiatives including ERP Implementation
- Client mining.
Team leading
- Leading a team of 3-5 people, daily planning of deliverables, monitoring
- Team development, motivation, retention.

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
- Minimum 3 + years experience in a related field, preferably in consulting, Corporate Financial management, advisory, professional services and/or industry
- Practical experience in accounting and knowledge of compliances to suit the organizations needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Good review skills, ability to spot accounting issues and arrive at solutions
- Ability to develop a rapport and liaise effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, project management and client relationship skills
- Excellent delivery skills and technical knowledge
- Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment required. Well honed mentoring and people development skills
- Team Player
- Able to multi-task and travel as necessary to meet client needs.
