- Act as the primary point of contact for Campus Recruiting, Campus Engagements & Program Management
- Interact with business unit heads to identify the entry-level talent requirements capturing business unit-wise, skill-wise and location-wise requirements.
- Work with the Corporate Campus Recruiting Team and Head of Talent Acquisition, to confirm that recruiting is consistent with the company's Corporate HR practices.
- Designing and implementing recruitment strategies such as events and social media campaigns
- Researching hiring trends and compiling recruitment reports and presentations
- Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.
- Maintaining/Presenting MI pertaining to Campus Hiring, Program and Engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and review the pre-placement presentation in consultation with the Marketing Team. - Prepare, review and manage the assessments for campus hires.
- Develop, manage and review periodically the Campus Hiring process.
- Oversee and drive Graduate Program for campus hires
- Review the documents of the candidates recommended as final selects and release the Spot Offer Intimation.
