- Person will be a part of B. School team however will be responsible for Grad Hiring and for hiring from Tier1/Tier2 Colleges primarily. Premium Colleges hiring is in place already however in future if there is demand this can further be changed.
- Though the individual will be responsible for End to End hiring however major part of this portfolio will involve managing the preparations of the campus hiring events and managing PN process simultaneously of the offered candidates.
- Starting from workforce planning, maintaining trackers as per stakeholders hiring demands, collating deficits, and planning the hiring accordingly.
- Engaging with Tier1/Tier2 Colleges to manage best of the campus slots, negotiating with colleges for Day 0 slot, taking care of campus engagements like guest lectures at campuses, case studies, aptitude tests, etc.
- Coordinating with Corporate HR team in managing the Campus Branding piece.
- Coordinating with SL HRs for requisition purpose
- This role will involve active engagement with campuses along with stakeholders hence need someone who is matured, holds lot of energy, will be aggressive to get the things done and someone who can stay on top of the campus hiring requirements.
- Scope of Engagement: Will be managing approx. 800-900 hiring numbers including summer hiring and final hiring together + will be coordinating with 100-130 Colleges approx. for this amount of hiring.
