Assistant Manager - Campus Recruiter - KPO/IT

- This role will be responsible for developing and executing on key talent attraction strategies and initiatives across target schools. Additionally, key responsibility of this role will be to partner with one or more divisions and providing end to end campus recruiting solutions.

- As Recruitment Co-ordinator h/she will be responsible for supporting and handling all campus related recruitment activities for the organisation

- Manage undergrad and graduate campuses

- Run the campus events across locations-end to end

- Manage overall recruiting process and logistics for all campus events - Oversee logistics for events across all campuses.

- Manage day to day queries on recruiting ART, E- Recruiting & referrals

- Manage Summer internship programme

- Communication of joining to HR, Admin and Finance for all

- Manage recruiting database & records for India campus recruiting

- Offer Letter issuance for India campus.

- Partner with the business to forecast the campus hiring needs for the year - Full Time, Summer Interns and Seasonal Hires

- Leverage functional expertise, industry knowledge and trends to identify optimum sourcing options to attract top talent across campuses

- Collaborate with divisional business managers, leadership, school team captains and other recruiters to develop hiring plans per school

- Organize the recruiting strategy and execution, including marketing, events, resourcing, and targeted yields

- Effectively liaise with all stakeholders to drive events on campus

- Adapt to the dynamic on-campus environment and find creative solutions to unforeseen challenges

- Track progress through the season and re-strategize campus recruiting plans as required

- Ensures seamless on-boarding process of all hires - offer letter generation, BGC process and start date schedule

- Work closely with the business and ensure regular updates

- Devotes time for people management, 1:1 coaching, gives guidance based on expertise

- Provide strategic advice on various outreach initiatives to create divisional awareness on campus

- Help formulate and conceptualize a more structured internship program

- Work with the respective teams and play a key role in finalizing the internship projects for their respective team interns

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :

- Experience in leading the Campus Recruitment function for a large organization with a strong focus on strategy & execution.

- Proven reporting and recruiting analytics experience, including an ability to leverage and interpret data to inform recruiting strategy.

- Experience recruiting in a multi-unit/multi-state organization strongly preferred.

- Business acumen for recruiting, including the ability to understand how the position s/he is recruiting for fits into the business and department.

- Understanding of assessments and tools.

- Adept at workforce planning, forecasting and developing talent pipeline strategies.

- H/She needs to be a strategic thinker with high resilience to work in a competitive and rapidly changing environment.

- An exceptional communicator who inspires confidence, builds relationships readily, and is able to influence in a consultative manner

Salary Range: 10-12 LPA
