Assistant Manager - Business Research - Big4

We have a job opening with one of the big 4's.

They are looking for Assistant Manager, Independence Support to be based out in Gurgaon.

Position Summary:

- The incumbent manages various competencies, serving multiple customer groups & stakeholders across different company geographies.

- He/she is responsible for overall service delivery including team's productivity, efficiency & quality of service.

- Other responsibilities include on boarding new customer groups, process transition, business transformation initiatives, setting up billing & work order processes, performance management and development of the team members.

- He/she also assists the Q&RM leadership in recruitment of resources, marketing of Q&RM services to existing and potential customer groups and defining organizational strategy.

- This role is a combination of risk Management and Business Research (secondary research).
