Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations and transactions of all support and procurement teams
- Work closely with business teams for streamlining and improving processes with the objective of providing more value-added analysis
- Ensure robust controls across billing, cost negotiation and closely monitor costs and benefits of all optimization activities.
- Track cost and other key metrics for all support teams
- Review monthly invoice calculations and ensure they are in line with the contract as well as monthly plan
- Track and approve costs for all activities e.g. real estate, procurement of assets, security, CAM etc.
- Conduct In depth analysis of various business levers providing actionable insights
- Work with central finance to ensure timely and accurate monthly closing
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of post qualification experience
- E-comm experience will be an added advantage
- Business Partnering / Business Finance experience
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and ever-changing needs/ environment
- Good stakeholder management
