Assistant Manager - Business Finance - CA - Mfg/Auto/FMCG

Experience : Post Qualification min 2 Years

- Must be hands on in Book closing on a monthly and quarterly basis for the business. Preparation of financial statements under IGAAP/IFRS/IAS.

- Must have a good analytical skill. Understanding of working Capital management, Forex impacts and treasury transactions. Well verse with FEMA & Other rules related to Import and Export transactions.

- Ensure Plant accounting is smooth and lead to drive transformation from recording to reporting. Must coordinate with the teams in both plants on initiatives related to IFC/BPE, System implementation, crashing reporting timelines etc.

- Understanding of accounting policies and accounting interpretations, Supply chain management and support business. Benchmarking the existing processes against best practices across industries and companies. Knowledge of Hyperion (consolidation tool) and SAP is mandatory.

- Must be a good team player and should possess excellent communication skills. Should be self-driven and highly initiative. Must possess good interpersonal skills
