Assistant Manager - Business Excellence - Manufacturing

- Responsible for identification, execution and monitoring of improvement projects in Head Office, R&D centre and depots using six sigma, design thinking and other analytical tools

- Responsible for driving TPM across Manufacturing plants

- Driving office TPM, 5S, kaizen implementation in head office

- Responsible for mentoring employees on VSM, work study and other industrial engineering and improvement tools

- Responsible for conducting review meetings for TPM pillars and improvement projects

- Responsible for auditing AETs in plants

- Responsible for Changes/Modification in process/SOP/ work practices for effective implementation of improvement projects

- Responsible for making reports related to Manufacturing Excellence and Business Excellence for top Management.
