About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the distributors in the assigned area .
- New Area development/ Distributor Appointment, Beat realignment, new outlet addition, New Product Launch.
- Ensuring manday utilization , callage, productivity , costs.
- Ensuring coverage and distribution of brand as per company objectives
- Managing and achieving Financial sales as well as trade sales for the brand
- Ensuring the brand's product visibility in market as per standards set
- Ensuring good relations with all 'A' and top 'B' class outlets
- Data management and reporting as per guidelines
- Competitive information
- Training and development of Distributors in the assigned area
People Responsibilities:
- Distributors
- BDE's
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications: Graduation/Post Graduation
Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in FMCG companies (Preferably Beverages)
Technical Skills:
- Negotiation skills
- Result oriented
Behavioral Skills: Communication skills
