We have an urgent Opening for the role of Assistant Manager Business Development with a leading Recruitment & Manpower Consulting Firm based in Delhi.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To acquire new corporate clients in the specified region / market. To acquire large number of accounts in terms of quantity. Generating new clients for the company and getting their actual needs and requirements.

- End to end recruitment process including: Multiple Client Anchoring, Business Development, Team Handling and delivery.

- Handling new client actuation for Permanent Recruitment divisions; IT and Non-IT Domain.

- Research industries to develop an explore tactic and implement accordingly.

- Conducting extensive market research to analyze and assess Market potential

- In-depth mapping, mining of accounts and developing core strategies and solutions to service them.

- Liaising with the Technical and Hiring Managers for requirement gathering and ensuring timely result.

- Preliminary discussion with the clients to comprehend the role in detail, including the job description.

- Serve as an ambassador of the company when reaching out to clients, cold calling clients for positions and acting professionally in representing the firm.

- Responsible for performance monitoring, guiding team members and provide help to resolve issues, if any, and to enhance their performance.

- Lead Generation by means of Tele-calling, Cold calling, sending mail & creating database of the contact from the directory.

- Sending Business proposals, Negotiating, presenting them new concepts and our USP.

- Responsible for New business development, Account revival & retention, Account ownership, Service delivery coordination, Client account reviews, Coordination with Client & Internal delivery teams, Entire life cycle management of the Account.

Must Have Skills:

- Extremely Good communication & Interpersonal skills

- Should have relevant prior Industry exposure into Recruitment

- Should be flexible to adapting in a Dynamic Environment
