Key Responsibilities:

- New Business Opportunities: Identify and assess potential clients by analysing market trends within the finance industry.

- Client Acquisition: Develop a strong client pipeline through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication to understand client needs and scope of work.

- Trusted Advisor Role: Serve as a reliable consultant for clients, providing strategic advice tailored to their financial requirements.

- Sales Targets: Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

- Pitch Development: Collaborate on the creation of compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business.

- Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to identify growth opportunities.

- Internal Feedback: Provide market intelligence to internal teams for product and service improvement.

- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial products and services.

- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, sales activities, and deal statuses in CRM systems: Zoho.

Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development progress.

Networking & Events: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to connect with potential clients and remain updated on sector developments.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- MBA preferred.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.

- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Negotiation & Closing: Strong skills in negotiation, deal-closing, and client relationship management.

- Client-Centric Solutions: Ability to understand and analyze client needs, providing innovative financial solutions.

- Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and within a team setting.
