Designation - Assistant manager- Business development

Location Pune, Mumbai, Delhi

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Research and identify new business opportunities for the ecosystem, build and maintain the relationships with customers

- Understand the needs of the customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these as well as achieve the target

- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates in view of the latest market trend and customers' feedback

- Formulate one-stop business solutions to deepen the relationships with the key stakeholders for the ecosystem

- Ownership of Sales targets for the assigned area.

- Maintain the required productivity norms.

- Participation & executing of BTL activities.

- Attend college level events and drive leads & sales.

- Liaising with marketing team & getting the required support for collaterals etc.

- Establishing & maintaining relationships with college admin & student committee.

- Daily Visit to colleges & meets students for lead generation & conversion.

- Follow a PJP & work with minimum deviation.

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Information Technology/Finance / Marketing major

- High flexibility, great attention to details, good logical and critical thinking, a sharp and analytical mind

- Possess a proactive working attitude and sense of responsibility; willing to accept challenges

- Excellent command of English and Chinese, strong presentation and communication skills, good Putonghua an advantage
