Assistant Manager - Business Development - Commercial Real Estate

- Enable business growth by developing and managing channel partners (IPCs and brokers).

- Generate enquiries for the assigned commercial real estate portfolio.

- Deliver quality pitches and customer presentation

- Coordinate and assist in customer visits and answer all the queries from customers.

- Manage tender process as per tender tracker for customer generation

- Ensure 100 percent occupancy of the property available for lease.

- Assist in all leasing activities including vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations, lease documentation & registration.

- Assist in negotiating leases and other commercials.

- Monitor the transactions and assist the clients till the final signing of agreements and physical occupation of the subject property.
