- This role has overall responsibility of revenue targets and business development for Capital Market. To ensure consistent and rapid growth in sales across all product line.
- Implementing sales strategies across the organisation and monitoring effectiveness.
- Direct sales responsibility will be given to accomplish.
- Extensive networking, exploring in the areas of all industries/ sectors for new client generation for corporate trusteeship products in respective region.
- Arranging, conducting meetings with the relevant persons in the finance department, providing offer & close the commercials.
- Attending meeting with respective clients individually & in matured stage with senior group members (initially for a year) or independently (once trained) and keeping them posted on the development thereafter while ensuring continuous follow up & closure.
- Networking, Deal sourcing, Initiating Negotiation & closing a deal in coordination with the supervisor or independently once trained.
- Attending meeting, completion of doc vetting with legal team, ensuring all compliances before execution, arranging/ attending execution - Client - legal & operation team coordination for ensuring deliverables.
- Raising Invoices, Payment tracking & ensuring Payment received in constant coordination with accounts.
- The person will be responsible for creating a regional market in corporate trusteeship product. With weeks on the job & in house training the respective person needs to go out in a complete marketing & sales drive to complete given target figure for Calendar year 2019 from the respective regional market.
- Carrying out execution of the transaction and ensure end to end coordination is done with the client for the smooth closure of the transaction.
