Assistant Brand Manager/ Branding / Marketing/ ATL/ BTL/ MBA(Top Ranked College)/ Should be from FMCG Co
- Assist Category Head in developing Brand Plans and Annual Budgeting
- Ensure coordination and execution of Brand Plans & Strategic Initiatives as per Activity Calendar
- Liaise with the sales team for effective deployment and execution of BTL Activations, POSM, etc.
- Plan and execute channel specific marketing initiatives for the brand: TT, MT and Ecom Performance
- Systemic Adherence: Internal Sales Analytics, Competition Tracking, Nielsen RMS, Brand Track, Market Visits to Rural and Urban areas like across India, Consumer Connects
Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders for the following:
- NPDs/ EPDs: Assist in managing Innovation Funnel projects and drive key network paths to achieve project deliverables
Cost-saving Projects & Drive Profitability
- Creative: Mainline and Online Campaign Execution | Asset Development- TVC, DVC, Key Visuals, etc. | POSM Development | Other ATL & BTL Collaterals
- Media: Ensuring timely execution of Calendars across Mainline/ ATL, Digital, Ecom, Influencer and OOH media
- Research & Insights
- BTL Agencies
- Packaging Design Agencies- Design Development | Artwork Development
- Minimum Master's in Business Administration (MBA) .
- Overall experience 4-5 years ; of which at least 2 years' in Brand Management ( Sales experience desirable)
- Past working experience in FMCG industry a must
