Key Deliverables :
- On Time and In Full (OTIF) delivery of innovation projects
- Develop and deliver high quality Brand Experience Toolkit pack for innovations. Support Integrated brand communication development
- Deliver pack artworks, in-market collaterals and assets OTIF
- Category Champion for ensuring brand executions are as per Master Brand Visual Identity Guidelines.
- Support operational docking and drive actions here with operating companies
Key Responsibilities and Tasks :
- Deputy Project Lead for innovation projects: lead cross functional project network meetings along with network planner;
- Drive initiatives through supply chain and finance for maximizing innovation GM and efficient cost engineering in mix development especially in packaging; to support investments in innovations.
- Support finance partner and project leader to develop robust business cases for innovations
- Support consumer, shopper, customer and channel understanding to translate into insights for mix development
- Liaise with legal/ regulatory department for alignment on key elements of claims.
Experience/Skills desired :
- Experience bracket of 5-9 years, preferably 2 years in brand development
- Preferred sectors are FMCG, Telecom, Consumer Durables
- Marketing operations, with experience of working on a brand rather than someone who has largely done only consumer activations (BTL)
- Have worked on innovation, launch, prelaunch of product,
- Interacted with sales team
- Involved in communication development partnering with creative agencies
- Involved Consumer research
- Extremely good in handling pressure
- Should have handled innovations
- Good in networking
- Fully operational in network management; IPM Ways of working and processes. Strong bias for action coupled with attention to detail. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, hold functional partners accountable for respective deliverables
- High consumer and customer centricity; Appreciation for product sensorial, aesthetics. Working knowledge in concept development, creative development.
- Working knowledge /Fully operational in packaging artwork techniques, processes and ability to effectively partner and drive suppliers and artwork excellence teams
- Ability to analyse market and consumer data to develop initial hypotheses and state issues/opportunities for mix
