Assistant Manager - Brand Marketing
- New product launch activities, readiness of internal team, Release and tracking of GTM activities for new products.
- New Application study and driving volumes in new identified focus application.
- Identify product improvement points based on application suitability and upcoming market requirements and communicate the same to development team.
- Review meetings with state teams for key focus models, until established.
- Sales Planning for Forecasting involving new products/key products, coordinating with sales planning team.
- Sales Training content Product PPT, Catalogue etc.
- Sales Collateral content ; Testimonials, Product Walk-through and other digital content.
- Customer NPS tracking for key models and work out corrective actions liaising with PMG & Sales Teams
- Coordination for resolution of product issues with PMG & Service teams
- SMG presentations, Monthly Sales Review etc on key model families and new initiative.
- Market Share Grid: Sub-Segment-wise opportunity gain/loss sheet to state teams.
- Track Price and Volume in PV Matrix state-wise.
- Dashboard to state team on new product month target and performance.
- New Product Volumes Market requirement capture and voice of customer.
Desired Candidate Profile: An MBA postgraduate with 3 to 5 years' experience in Tractor industry. Good communication skills, proven ability to build relationships and work with multiple stakeholders.
