He/She will be responsible for the design and delivery of customer communication across all touch points.
Individual contribution 40%
- Drive brand narratives across offline, digital and social media platforms for awareness, engagement, salience, and preference
- Assist in developing an annual brand calendar, manage budgets and track expenditures
- Ensure adherence of brand guidelines across all touch-points
- Design, and track brand health parameters through research
- Design mechanisms to gain and disseminate consumer insights, marketable highlights from Ram or IRS reports to relevant Stakeholders.
- Map competition on content offerings/features, advertising and marketing initiatives and publish the actionable insights regularly
- Track communication best practices across industries and share with internal stakeholders to derive inspiration
- Responsible for pitching digital ideas for client brief and work our digital exposure and costing as per the rate cards available.
- Execute all client campaigns flawlessly across digital assets
- Create Post Eval of big client campaigns _ IPs
- Create IP ideas to drive brand marketing
- Have in-depth understanding of all major social media platforms like FB, IG, Twitter, YT & Linkedin
- Regular Social media tracking and reporting and indepth insights culled out from various tools available in the market.
- Have knowledge of content uploading and scheduling across all major social media platforms.
- Must have been actively involved and responsible for performance marketing campaigns in their current roles.
- Must be good at writing skills and responsible for PR of all key on air or digital initiatives.
Project Manager 60%
- Plan, coordinate and timely execute all strategic and tactical campaigns for marketing as well as other cross-functional teams - with help from internal teams and/or external agencies.
- Lead brand collaboration and partnership opportunities
- Work with internal teams and external agencies for content creation/advertising and distribution across traditional and digital media
- Be the point of contact for all external parties in the domain - agencies, vendors, media etc.
