Assistant Manager - Brand Extension - FMCG

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES -

Enable transformation of sales force ways of working, skills and culture, including:

- Revisiting annually the Brand Extension Strategic Plan for India

- Develop the extension business from scratch to its desired state within the timelines defined in the plan

- Involves tasks around defining the metrics of the extension business, finalising right partners / Business Development , due diligence, contracting, launch in market, post launch measurement and running day-to-day operations of onboarded franchisees

- Responsible for owning the P&L of the extension business (es)

- Review and (re-)design plan to maximize effectiveness

- Establish performance management tools and procedures (e.g., performance dashboards; coordinating in-house and external technology service providers to automate performance tracking)

- Conduct reviews

- Some other areas of intervention as per need of the organization Plan

- Travel would be required as per need of the project
