Hiring for one of the leading social development sector.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination with multiple stakeholders, Finance department and HR staff.
- Track opportunity Go / No Go decisions
- Provide coordination support to proposal development and review processes.
- Closely monitor award/Funds start-up process.
- Ensure startup call/meeting is planned and executed - review project timeline, deliverables and donor requirements in detail
- Monitor award progress and escalate issues or risks as appropriate
- Work with finance to monitor match reporting when required by donor
- Review grant agreements to ensure feasibility of implementation
- Monitor award implementation, reporting and procurement to ensure compliance with donor requirements
- Ensure timely, accurate narrative and financial reporting to donors
- Support the development of and manage sub-award agreements to partners as needed
- Complete all data entry and follow all processes to ensure awards can be tracked on award systems
- Adapt to new processes and systems as they are developed
- Process amendment workflows as needed
- Ensure that awards are closed/deactivated in the award system
Capacity Building and Knowledge Management
- Support General Manager to improve award management systems, policies, procedures, and knowledge management (proposals, budgets, and related award documents)
- Step in to provide information and metrics to the SMT at the request of the General Manager
- Work with General Manager to develop best practices, sharing resources, and ongoing training
- Prepare and disseminate guidance and conduct internal training
