Role Brief :

- Independently execute projects involving valuation of preference shares, employee stock options, and other equity-based instruments for tax and financial reporting purposes using financial models such as binomial lattice and Black-Scholes models

- Review capitalisation tables, shareholder agreements, share subscription agreements and articles of incorporation, in order to capture salient points to be used for financial modeling purposes
