1) Go - To person

a) Be the Go - To person for all the digital marketing activities and be the driver for all the plans agreed.

b) Own end to end campaign planning, execution, insights generation and optimization processes for the region.

c) Own and deliver on the monthly KPIs for Customer acquisition including - Installs, CPI and engagement metrics.

i) Drive New Mau on App

ii) Work with browser team to deliver new MAU in 2020

iii) Manage budget on App and coordinate with browser team to manage browser budgets.

d) Driver of paid customer acquisition and retention and platform revenue as a result.

e) Deliver platform revenue for the year 2020.

2) Thought leader

a) Serve as the strategic digital marketing delivery lead for the Company

b) In concert with other members of the organization, take a "big picture" perspective and seek to maximize our total digital marketing return

c) Create the processes to maximize the efficiency of Digital marketing execution

d) Adept with new technologies competitors and general technology trends

e) Understand consumer needs, while developing one's own perspectives that can be integrated into our digital strategy

3) Align to Deliver

a) Maintain extensive communication across stakeholders and build strong strategic relationships

b) Should have the ability to drive client teams towards business plan achievement and success on key metrics (volume, scale and efficiency)

c) Report regularly to stakeholders on developments, target achievement and initiatives

d) Responsible for driving new initiatives for the region including growth-hack.

e) Analyses data and identifies opportunities for growth and optimisation.

f) Aligns everyone on experiments, plan, optimization methodology and current status

g) Work with product team to improve efficiency across all channels

h) Ensure that best practices and experiments as defined by Google and Facebook are implemented

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- 3-7 years of experience in performance marketing and working with many digital marketing channels including Facebook, Google and other partners

- Understanding of programmatic, ad-networks and reengagement channels

- Understanding of various issues pertaining to digital marketing with the ability to problem solve situations and build robust systems and processes to perpetuate best practices and optimal overall digital marketing performance

- High attention to detail, top-notch analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions

- Ability to build business cases, synthesize insights into stories, persuasive data-driven communications to key stakeholders to drive alignment on key priorities and implementation plans

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for success.
