Job Responsibilities:
1. Synthesize information from stakeholder interactions and forums, help the team make sense of it to drive Claims Optimization initiative
2. Decide the approach while thinking through possible deadlocks in advance. Typically the business problems cannot be solved using a linear/single line of thought.
3. Continuously improve the quality of the team members
4. Present insights and observations from the reports/deliverables to stakeholders to ensure value in delivery
5. Support the team in bringing alignment to common purpose of Model Office initiative and drive enthusiasm / energy of the team towards the same
6. Analyze and document new reporting projects; which will include project scopes, time requirements, resource requirements, dependencies, and prioritizations.
7. Prepare ad hoc reports as requested.
8. Work on Projects related to Marketing, Operations, and/or Claims Analytics
9. Projects will involve data analysis, segmentation, profiling and deploying advanced analytics techniques like predictive modeling.
10. Work towards developing skills for the Analytics team in through coaching and training.
11. Should be flexible to work on a wide variety of Analytics projects.
