Assistant Manager - Analytics - BFS

How you will contribute:

- Develop analytics model using languages and tools as required for the project

- Manage existing datasets; ensure data integrity and data usability by Project leads and other Edelweiss employees.

- Receive and deliver ad-hoc request from projects and Line of business (LOB) leveraging existing databases

- Review incoming client data, validate it, and work with project leads to update and refine client data so it meets quality level required

- Produce insightful performance decks across analytics projects

- Develop predictive models and check recalibrations needed for the existing models

What you will bring:

- Strong analytical capabilities: Data management and manipulation

- Good knowledge of and affinity for database and analytical tool management

- Strong background in coding/development technologies (Advanced Excel, VBA, C++ etc.)

- Knowledge of additional languages and tools such as SPSS modelling, R, Python, Tableau will be an advantage

- Effective written & verbal communication

- Collaborative, team player with strong work ethic and service-mentality

- Attention to detail
