Job Title: Assistant Manager (Aftermarket Sales) - Automotive/Bus HVAC Systems

Locations: Mumbai and Hyderabad

Exp: Minimum 5 years

Qualifications: BTech/B.E. or Either MBA (with non tech background)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the aftermarket bus HVAC segment to achieve sales targets in the assigned regions.

- Identify and build relationships with key clients, including garages and service centres, ensuring they have the necessary HVAC parts and services.

- Promote and sell a range of spare parts and upgrade solutions such as compressors, filters, and fans to support clients' maintenance and repair needs.

- Provide technical product information and support to clients, helping them understand product applications and benefits.

- Manage the order process, from initial inquiry through delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and timely service.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to secure repeat business and identify new opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with the technical and support teams to deliver training and assistance for clients as needed.

- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead in the aftermarket sales landscape.

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
