AM - Acquisition
We have an opportunity for Acquisition Manager with the leading Telecom Giant for Hyderabad Location.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Sales acquisition (Voice & Data) :
- Handle sales acquisition for all corporate accounts (National, Key, GE).
- Drive DATA (including blackberry) connections to IOIP base (new/existing) through channel partners along with Voice
Visibility & Reach:
- Set up sales desk / workshop in corporate to increase visibility and reach. Push indoor and outdoor sales activity
Channel operations:
- Handle channel operations.
- Recruitment of FOS, PJP, sales report, MIS and ensure activation TAT's are maintained
Co-ordination with stake holders:
- Ensure Documents are submitted within TAT; minimize errors during the on-boarding.
Account Management :
- Crack COCP deals for nonHQ accounts and green field accounts. Increase IOIP penetration
Channel director & Channel team:
- Align companies objective and drive channel to achieving those. Build team capability
Budget owned:
Financial (Limits / Mandates Etc.)
- Segment/ Sub Segment target based on the role assigned.
Non - Financial:
Key performance indicators :
- Achieve budgeted gross acquisition target
- Achieve non HQ sub base target
- Achieve data acquisition target
- Achieve new account opening target through local sales desk
- Achieve 0 - 60 day churn target - 10%
- Achieve productivity target of FOS
- Increase acquisition numbers. Monitor FOS productivity.
- Increasing distribution reach with key focus on account penetration.
- Keep track on the health of the channel, FOS recruitment, operations
- Market intelligence, align Organization expectation and drive channel to achieve the end objectives.
